1. Check the quality of the tube. It is necessary to find out whether the material, size and quality of the pipe meet the design requirements; check whether the appearance of the pipe is severely flattened or bent; check whether there is corrosion on the inner and outer wall surfaces of the pipe, and whether there are defects such as cracks on the outer wall. If there is a tube that does not meet the requirements of the regulations or has a serious defect, it cannot be used.
2. Measure the piping size. The position of hydraulic pump station, hydraulic valve table, main engine, auxiliary engine and related parts should be carefully measured and strive for perfection. For pipes with many bending parts and complex shapes between two joints, a sample should be made first, and then the pipe should be cut according to the size or template.
3. The installation pipeline must be reasonably arranged according to the design drawings or the actual location.
4. Air blow the pipes that have been pickled during installation.
5. The joints of the pipes must be connected firmly, and the joint surfaces must be tightly sealed, and there must be no leakage.
6. The pressure oil pipe installation must be firm, safe and stable. The quality of the seals should be carefully checked during installation. Seals that do not meet the requirements are not allowed to be used. When installing the seal, pay attention to the lip direction, and install it carefully. Do not scratch or damage the seal, let alone miss the installation.
7. The welds of butt-welded pipes must undergo a pressure test.

Fabric edge weave distinction:

Weaving machine distinction:
Rapier looms: use rigid or flexible rapier heads and belts to hold and guide the weft. Air-jet loom: The weft yarn is drawn by the compressed air jet, and the weft yarn is brought through the shed. The biggest feature of the air jet loom is fast speed and high labor productivity. It is suitable for plain weave and grain fabrics, fine extra-high-density fabrics and bulk fabrics.
The advantages and disadvantages of grey cloth:
(1) Air jets generally produce more fine-count yarns, with higher grades, mainly light and thin fabrics; rapier machines generally have more coarse yarns with lower grades, mainly heavy and heavy fabrics.
(2) From the equipment point of view, air jet and rapier are nothing more than weft insertion.
(3) Weaving grey fabrics of the same organization, the raw material cost is the same, the weaving cost is low, such as twill, the jet speed can be up to 800 revolutions or more, the rapier is only about 180-200 revolutions, and the air jet blocker can look at 10-12 units per person. The maximum number of arrow shafts is 4-6.
